Even on my most hung-over, craziest, most screwed-up-worst morning ever, I would never try cooking my sausage on the grill of a Bronco. And with that said, here’s something quick and easy for breakfast…

Seriously – Just like my Auntie Gertrude, super easy to do.

• Ingredients:

  8 - Breakfast Sausage Links

  4 eggs

  Tablespoon Milk

  Cheese

• Cooking Instructions: Put the frozen sausage links in a 6" glass dish and cook in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
  Turn the sausages so that they cook on the other side,too. Then cook for another 10 minutes.
  While that's cooking, scramble up some eggs with the milk. Next, after the second 10 minutes is up, cut the sausages into little bite-sized pieces. Yes...take the dish out of the oven to do this. Don't be a knucklehead and burn all the ugly disgusting hairs from your arms onto the cookng rack because you're cutting things inside the oven. (Those hairs will never come off the cooking racks - no matter how hard you scrub. And- they will flavor the food you cook there after.

  "Mmmm, this dish has such a nice, smokey flavor...In fact everything you bake, (insert your name here), has that flavor. What's your secret?"
  "Ah...Edith, I'm glad you asked. Why...that's the flavor of burned arm hair."

  If the sausage is cooked through, then pour the scrambled eggs in with the sausage.
  Place it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
  Stir the mix and add the cheese. Either place it on top or mix it in, whatever your flavor.
  Cook for another 10 minutes and serve with a cut up apple or your favorite lite-beer.
