Quick and Easy! But Dangerous!!!
Mess Factor Of: 2 Unless you cut your fingers off!
Supplemental Mess Factor Of: 12 If hospitalization is required!!
6 - 1/4" thick breakfast pork chops (They come in a 6-pack, you know)
3 - cloves of garlic
10 - green olives (the ones with the red belly-buttons!
6 - string cheese - Mozzarella
Chop up the olives and garlic real fine and set it aside.
Throw down on those pork chops like you mean business. This means you have to butterfly these thin chops even thinner! Cut them into 1/8th inch thick either side leaving a spine that keeps them together. (Please use caution! And a sharp knife!)
Put the olives, garlic and cheese (strung-out) into the middle of each chop and close it up like a meat taco!
The amazing thing is that the meat is so thin it only tahes a few minutes each side to cook. I usually cook them for 3 to 5 minutes a side.
